Commission Process for Custom Animal & Pet Portraits

Thank you for your interest in commissioning a custom painting! Here’s how the process works:

  1. Submit a Photo
    To get started, please send me a clear, high-quality photo of the animal or pet you’d like to be painted. The image should capture their personality and the details you'd like to see reflected in the artwork.

  2. Choose Your Size
    Let me know the size you would like for the painting. I offer a range of canvas sizes, and I’m happy to help guide you if you're unsure of what works best for your space.

  3. Receive a Price Quote
    Once I receive the photo and size specifications, I’ll provide you with a detailed price for the painting. This price will be based on the complexity of the subject, the size, and any special requests you may have.

  4. Deposit & Payment
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on your painting. This ensures your place on my schedule and covers the initial materials and time. The remaining balance, plus shipping, will be due upon completion of the artwork.

  5. Creation Process
    After receiving your deposit, I’ll begin the creative process! I’ll keep you updated throughout with occasional progress photos, and we can discuss any small adjustments as needed to ensure you’re happy with the piece.

  6. Completion & Delivery
    Once your painting is finished, I’ll send you a final image for approval. Upon receiving the remaining payment, I will carefully package and ship the painting to your desired address. Shipping fees will be added to the final balance based on your location.
